Position Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled Foreman to lead on-site job operations for a commercial project in Nephi, UT. The ideal candidate understands how to plan, coordinate, and manage crews to deliver high-quality electrical work on schedule. This role is a key driver of safety, communication, and productivity on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute 6-week lookahead planning for tasks, manpower, and materials
Lead and direct Jr. Foremen, Leads, and Electricians to complete scope efficiently
Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain workflow
Enforce safety protocols and ensure code compliance
Attend project meetings and report on progress and field conditions
Manage RFIs, Scope of Work execution, and project-specific documentation
Oversee material, equipment, and tool ordering, staging, and tracking
Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with project specs
Mentor team members and support leadership development within the crew
Qualifications:
4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
1+ years of supervisory experience as a Jr. Foreman or Foreman
Deep knowledge of NEC, project phasing, and construction scheduling
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in reading blueprints, managing RFIs, and executing work per SOPs
Ability to lead by example in safety, professionalism, and performance
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Surface Pro and toolset provided (as per company standard)

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage ($33-$45/hr) – based on experience
Vehicle/fuel stipend or company truck (project-based)
