Commercial Insurance Career Starter – 2-Year Paid Development Program

We are seeking a motivated and career-focused individual to join our team as an Associate Insurance Producer through a nationally supported two-year training and development program in partnership with USLI. This full-time role is designed for individuals who are ready to grow a long-term career in commercial insurance sales.

You’ll receive hands-on training, direct mentorship, and real-world experience working with small business clients in your community. This is a structured, high-support role ideal for recent graduates or professionals seeking a meaningful career path in sales and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with small business owners and community partners

Learn to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate commercial coverage

Collaborate with experienced producers, managers, and carrier representatives

Engage in ongoing professional development and structured coaching

Pursue and maintain Property & Casualty insurance licensing (support provided)

Track client engagement and growth through established sales tools and systems

Participate in sales-focused workshops and product training

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build professional relationships

Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn

Comfortable in a structured, goal-oriented environment

Open to feedback and professional coaching

Interest in business development, risk management, or financial services

Preferred Experience

Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries
