Service Operations Intern
Overview: This position will serve as a supportive role within Butler Machinery performing various tasks related to the operations of the enterprise.
**Job duration could be anywhere from 6 months to a year, depending on numerous factors including performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the service department with scheduling, customer communication, work order review and closing.
- Supports the sales team with relationship development with the customer and service department
- Assists the Service Management with various projects related to improvement of Service Operations.
- Supports other key projects within the service department
- Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidates who are working towards a degree in Business or other related major in college preferred.
- Computer skills essential with experience in Power-Point and Excel required.
- Position would require a minimum of 20 to 28 hours per week during the school year, potentially 30 to 40 hours outside of the school year.
