What You’ll Do:
- Manage virtual client relationships and guide them through benefits enrollment
- Mentor new team members as you progress through our Future Leader Track
- Attend and lead virtual training workshops and team huddles
- Track personal and team progress in our digital performance system
- Participate in leadership coaching, goal setting, and advancement evaluations
