Online Tutor - Math or English

LearnUp Academy is a fast-growing online tutoring platform dedicated to helping K–12 students excel in Math and English. We’re looking for driven and reliable Math or English tutors who are passionate about education and want flexible, remote work.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1-on-1 or small group virtual tutoring sessions in math and/or English
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students and parents
• Track completed sessions and submit brief session notes
• Maintain consistent weekly availability

Pay & Benefits:

• $16/hour starting pay with $2/hour raises annually for satisfactory service (capped at $24/hour)
• Additional pay for group sessions (+$2 per student, capped at $30/hr)

• Onboarding support and clear systems for scheduling (via Teachworks)

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Math and/or English
• Excellent communication and time management
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
• Must be dependable, professional, and have a stable internet connection
