Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Confident and resilient when handling objections
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Georgia Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, digital outreach, and in-person networking
- Develop tailored insurance quotes and present solutions to meet clients personal and business needs
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details using CRM tools
