Position Summary:
FC Dallas is seeking a talented and driven Photographer to join our Marketing & Multimedia Production team. This individual will play a key role in capturing and producing compelling visual content that supports the brand’s storytelling across FC Dallas, North Texas SC, Toyota Stadium, and the National Soccer Hall of Fame. From game-day action to studio shoots and community events, the Photographer will contribute to a wide variety of initiatives through creative imagery, editing, and visual archiving.
An online portfolio is required to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality, brand-aligned photos across a wide range of environments, including studio sessions, matches, concerts, community events, and more.

Provide photography coverage for:

FC Dallas and North Texas SC home/away games, training sessions, and media days

Club events, sponsor activations, and community engagements

Concerts, football games, and other events held at Toyota Stadium

Tournaments, camps, and training at Toyota Soccer Center and MoneyGram Soccer Park

National Soccer Hall of Fame activations, displays, and Induction Weekend

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to plan, schedule, and execute photography projects.

Operate professional camera equipment to capture stills and action photography in dynamic environments.

Edit, retouch, color-correct, and format images using Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) according to brand standards.

Manage and update photo archives using Photoshelter or other cloud-based digital asset systems.

Support equipment inventory management, rentals, and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Photojournalism, or a related field required.

3–5 years of professional experience in sports, event, or action photography.

Strong portfolio showcasing technical photography and post-production editing skills.

Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups (studio and field), and Adobe Creative Suite.

Working knowledge of digital asset management systems and metadata best practices.

Understanding of design aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand alignment.

Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Drone photography experience is a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Reliable transportation required.
