Sutton Dermatology + Aesthetics is a thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice consisting of four dermatologists, advanced practice providers and experienced support staff.
We are looking for a patient focused Dermatology Aide to join our team.

Hours: Full time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks), Monday through Friday, with availability and flexibility between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:15 pm.
The Dermatology Aide assists Dermatology Assistants and Providers within the scope of their certification.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Calls patient from waiting room and escorts them to exam room, preparing them for specialized testing.
- Educates patients on specialized treatment medication process.
- Performs suture removals.
- Assists with sterile processing of instruments
- Transports specimens from patient rooms to Histology lab.
- Ensures cleanliness of exam rooms and maintains with necessary supplies and materials.
- Serves as an assistant to the medical provider, as directed.
- Documents information in medical record as directed by the provider.
Requirements:
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Medication Aide licensure required within 90 days of employment.
- CPR/BLS required within 60 days of hire.
- Previous medical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in dermatology, or aesthetics field preferred.
- Must be patient focused, a self-starter, dependable, and a team player.
- Position will work in general dermatology as well as our aesthetic center.
