
Front Desk Customer Service Specialist
Our Front Desk Customer Service Specialist will be the first line of communication for customer both in-person, over the phone, and text. This position is in charge of answering the phones and helping customers with questions regarding glass types for different applications, entry level quoting and ordering, and assisting with schedule. This person will greet customers as they walk through the door and assist them with the showroom, answering product related questions, helping quote and order glass and parts, as well as assisting with customers picking up small orders. This is a fast paced position with a lot to know, which will be taught in on-the-job training.
The right candidate for this position will be friendly, organized, a quick learner, and able to switch from task to task often.
