With a team of over 60 therapists, 9 admin staff, and 6 clinical supervisors, we provide high-quality speech, occupational, physical, and ABA therapy in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and thrives in a multidisciplinary setting focused on developmental growth and family-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering care plans tailored to pediatric clients.

Implement therapeutic exercises and activities under supervision.

Monitor and document patient progress.

Communicate with therapists, families, and support staff to ensure consistent care.

Maintain a safe and engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program

Current Florida PTA license or eligibility

Previous pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
