Niverplast NA Inc. is the North American subsidiary of the Dutch family business Niverplast B.V., an innovative and fast-growing company specializing in packaging solutions. From our North American Headquarters, we support the American and Canadian markets with sales, service, and assembly. Until now, financial administration has been handled from the Netherlands, but due to growth, we are looking to hire a finance professional on site.
Job description:
As a finance manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of administration and financial operations for our U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries. You will set up and maintain the financial administration locally and serve as the go-to person for both internal and external financial matters. While you’ll work closely with the Dutch head office, you’ll also enjoy a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities:
- Help set up and manage US based financial administration
- Manage account receivable/accounts payable
- Processes bank transaction and employee expense reports
- Manage VAT/sales tax and other tax filings in coordination with local advisors
- Liaising with accountants, tax advisors, and other financial partners
- Support HR/payroll related administration for US and Canadian staff
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting/finance/business administration preferred but experience can serve as a substitute for formal education
- Familiarity with US accounting principles (US GAAP)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Self-motivated, highly organized and strong communication skills

Salary Range:
- $60,000-$80,000+ depending on experience
