  • Leverage CRM and enrichment tools to track engagement, analyze performance, and iterate on GTM strategy.
  • Assist with special projects across company functions (marketing, customer delivery, and operations).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent hustle; communication skills, and energy.
  • Prior sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
  • Basic familiarity with a CRM or similar tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo.io, etc.).
  • Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience at a startup, campaign, or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong interest in the AI space and a solid understanding of its evolving landscape.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the communications, public affairs, or PR space.
  • Extra bonus: Experience working with large enterprises and political, nonprofit, advocacy, or government organizations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, unlimited/flexible PTO policy, bonuses for team-wide milestones, 401(k).
  • Full-time role.
  • Location is preferably Washington DC or New York City.
  • Some travel for key conferences, events, and team retreats; flexible PTO and sick days.
  • A smart, hard-working, and resourceful team that comes from BCG, The White House, Bain, and more.
  • A profitable- and rapidly-growing startup with commercial rigor at its core.
