Position Summary:

As a Jewelry Production Assistant at Joy Dravecky Jewelry, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end production process. From sample development to bulk production coordination, you’ll help ensure every piece meets our brand’s quality standards while maintaining delivery schedules. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and has a strong interest in fashion and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production tracking, sample development, and follow-ups with manufacturers and vendors
  
   
• Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure brand consistency and aesthetic standards.
  
   
• Manage and organize samples, raw materials, and finished product inventory.
  
   
• Prepare line sheets, product tags, and packaging for wholesale and e-commerce orders.
  
   
• Support communication between design, fulfillment, and production teams.
  
   
• Help prepare for photoshoots, trade shows, and line launches as needed.
  
   

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion, accessories, or jewelry production preferred.
  
   
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design and product quality.
  
   
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
   
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  
   
• Familiarity with fashion or jewelry industry timelines and processes a plus.
  
   

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with Shopify, Illustrator, or systems like QuickBooks, Joor and Faire. 
  
   
• Interest in social media, styling, or trend forecasting.
