TC Financial is an independent investment advisory firm dedicated to providing individually customized investment strategies to our clients.  With two CFPs on board, we serve as our clients' first point of contact for all their financial concerns.  We are currently seeking a self-motivated and analytical recent college graduate to join our team as an Investment Advisor Associate. 

 Job Description:  
As an Investment Advisor Associate, you will be exposed to all aspects of the investment process including meeting with prospects, developing individualized investment plans and by conducting research, analyzing financial data, and assisting in the development of investment strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in finance and investments. 

 
Key Responsibilities:  

• Familiarize yourself with the firm's software, ultimately improving and updating processes within the firm 
• Assist in the preparation of investment reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders 
• Collaborate with advisors to develop tailored investment strategies for clients 
• Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed 
• Annual Performance Reviews of accounts and modification suggestions 
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions regarding portfolio performance and investment options. 
• Maintain and update investment research and databases to ensure accuracy and relevance. 

 Qualifications:  

 Ideal candidate will have ties to the local area (Atlantic County) and an interest in working locally with a desire to attain the CFP designation 
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an interest in financial markets. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills. 
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
- A proactive and eager attitude towards learning and professional development. 
- Previous internship or relevant experience in finance/investments is a plus, but not required
