Recruiter
We are adding to our team! GPA is seeking an outgoing and motivated Recruiter that enjoys working as part of a team, can set personal goals, and possesses creative sourcing abilities. Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients in the engineering, architectural, design, administrative, and niche professional fields.

Job Specifications
- Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify professionals in the engineering, technical, administrative and professional fields.
- Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.
- Attract and retain quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Work with our Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and have the ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
- Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
- Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.

Job Requirements
- Two or more years in recruiting or staffing
- A great personality, self-motivated and team orientation are must haves!
- Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
- Good computer skills to include: Microsoft Office applications, Mac, Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva), Boolean search capabilities.
- Must be able to prioritize, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
- Professional appearance, demeanor and communication skills.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
