Revenue Enablement Specialist

REVENUE ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST

At Jostens, we’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Revenue Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and manage dynamic sales content that drives results. YOU WILL:

  • Develop revenue enablement content.
  • Create training and content for independent rep and consumer facing teams. This includes but not limited to-- playbooks, newsfeeds, templates, collateral, guidance, training content, business cases, battle cards, talk tracks, FAQs, decks and presentations, one-pagers, and learning videos.
  • Support the delivery of learning content to intended participants via various methods (in-person, virtual, video, web), adjusting delivery based upon audience type, level, class size, content, etc. Support the management of all sales-facing content within the Learning Management System (LMS: Lessonly) and Revenue Enablement Platform (Seismic). 
  • Advise. Consult and collaborate with business partners proactively and strategically to prepare for delivery of content. 
  • Present. Contribute to the ideation and creative concept development of enablement program streams including training, content, collateral communications, and events (e.g. Sales Kick-off)
    Capture and provide content and participant feedback, and adjust content and delivery based on feedback and updates.
  • Help. Support additional Revenue Enablement projects as directed.

Typical/Expected % Of Overnight Travel: <5%  

 

YOU HAVE:

  • Passion. Forward thinking and innovative. Understand the larger context within which a program exists, but be 100% comfortable with rolling up your sleeves, get in the weeds, & do what is needed to empower our Sales Teams success.   
  • Technical skills.  Knowledge of modern work management applications (Microsoft Office Suite). 
  • Attention to detail. Excellent coordination & organizational abilities.
  • Great communication skills. Ability to present in a room (in person & virtual) & deliver content in an engaging & compelling manner.
  • Time Management. Demonstrated ability & proven track record at defining and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects concurrently.
  • Collaboration. Team player and continuous learner. Ability to work independently in a remote environment (detail-oriented, balance multiple project/tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly learn new systems).
  • Experience. 1-2 years of relevant hand-on content creation experience including presentation templates, icons and graphics, video editing, and instructional guides.
  • Education. Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred. General knowledge of Jostens product and services. Knowledge of Lessonly, Seismic, Salesforce, Adobe, vimeo, vidREACH, beautiful.ai.  Experience with fast paced independent salesforce.

We believe in pay transparency. The salary range is $50,000 to $55,000 with annual bonus eligibility.

Through executing across a variety of consumer touchpoints on jostens.com, social, e-mail and print materials, the team collaborates with internal partners to create relevant and timely marketing campaigns to meet the needs of our customers.
