Job Information

  • [Office Location] Seoul (Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu)
  • Joint recruitment for JoongAng Daily and JTBC reporters. Final placement may differ based on evaluation, regardless of preference

Job Position 

  • News Reporter (Print/Broadcast)
  • Covers and produces news across key areas for print, digital, and broadcast platforms
  • Produces text and video content published on JoongAng Daily's print and online platforms
  • Reports from the field and creates broadcast news for viewers

 

Qualifications

  • [Academic background] Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or higher
  • Those available for 2-week full-time field training in Sept 2025
  • Those able to join and work per the schedule
  • Those with no restrictions on military service or overseas travel

Preferences

  • Those eligible for national veterans or persons with disabilities will be given preference under applicable laws

How to Apply 

Recruitment Process

Document Screening → Online Written Test → Practical Evaluation (Interview & Assignment) → Field Training Assessment → Executive Interview → Pre-employment Medical Check-up → Probationary Employment

*Written Test: August 2 (Sat) / Practical Evaluation: During the 4th week of August / Field Training Assessment: September 8 (Mon) – September 19 (Fri)

*Detailed schedules will be individually notified to selected candidates, and specific recruitment procedures may be subject to change depending on the hiring process
