The Role  
We’re seeking a curious, detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into strategic insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations) to identify trends, build reports, and recommend data-driven solutions that impact business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 
Analyze & Interpret Data:Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from SQL databases, CRM platforms , and web analytics tools .  
-Build Dashboards & Reports: Create intuitive visualizations to track KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.  
-Perform Deep-Dive Analyses:Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, root causes of business problems, and growth opportunities.  
- Collaborate Strategically:Partner with teams to define metrics, design A/B tests, and measure the impact of initiatives.  
-Automate & Optimize: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and data quality.  
-Present Insights:Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications  
-Experience: 0-3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.  
-Technical Skills: 
 - Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, optimization).  
 - Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).  
 - Experience with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets; pivot tables, formulas).  
 - Knowledge of statistical analysis (regression, significance testing).  
-Analytical Mindset: Ability to frame business questions, test hypotheses, and solve ambiguous problems.  
- Communication: Strong storytelling skills to present data insights effectively.  
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous approach to data validation and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications 
- Experience with Python/R for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) or statistical modeling.  
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).  
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.  
- Background in [your industry, e.g., SaaS metrics, finance, supply chain logistics].  
- Experience with dbt (data build tool) or Git.
