Entry Level Sales Representative

About the Role:
The Connecticut Team is seeking motivated individuals for our Entry-Level Sales Representative position. This role is ideal for recent grads or career starters interested in launching a business or sales career with long-term growth potential.

In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers to provide tailored product recommendations, close sales, and build client relationships. All training is provided — we value attitude and work ethic over experience.

What You’ll Do:

Meet with customers directly to understand their needs and recommend solutions

Represent clients with professionalism and product knowledge

Track interactions and manage customer accounts

Collaborate with your team to hit weekly and monthly goals

Participate in leadership development sessions and growth opportunities
