The Opportunity

We're building Arizona's most systematic, client-focused mortgage team using proven processes and genuine relationship building. This is a commission-only opportunity where your success is directly in your hands. You'll learn on the job through intensive mentorship while building a foundation for professional and financial growth.

Program Timeline

Month 1-3: Intensive on-the-job training with direct mentorship Month 4-6: Independent client management with ongoing coaching support

Compensation Structure

This program begins in August 2025 with a limited cohort of 5 positions available. Future cohorts will be established periodically based on business growth and candidate quality. We're looking for highly coachable recent graduates ready to commit to excellence and build a rewarding long-term career.

Selection Process: Our comprehensive 4-week evaluation process ensures mutual fit and sets you up for success:

  • Week 1: Program overview and initial assessment
