Our reputation for safety, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship has made us a preferred partner for large-scale structural projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Project Manager Intern to support our growing operations.

Position Summary

The project manager intern will assist project managers and superintendents in coordinating and managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation processes
• Assist with procurement tracking and delivery coordination
• Review blueprints and project specs to ensure scope compliance
• Maintain accurate records of project data and reports
• Collaborate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Attend project meetings and assist with progress reporting
• Identify and communicate potential project risks or delays

Qualifications

• Construction experience (preferred in steel erection or commercial projects)
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools (Procore, , or similar)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
