Insurance Sales Representative

What is a day at your office like?

  • Start the day with our all-hands morning rally - We review yesterday's numbers and set goals for the coming day
  • Team training. Daily. No exceptions - Our sales directly reflect the effort we put forth in learning the techniques and the products; If you are not excited to learn then this may not be for you.
  • Prospect calls to perspective customers - lots of phone time and we provide the leads
  • Listen to the customer and tailer the quote to their situation and request
  • Before heading out we tally the day's work, both the numbers and the effort spent reaching those results.

What if I don't have experience?

No Problem - We will provide the training you need to excel. No sales or insurance experience is required. What is non-negotiable is a great attitude and perseverance. Even if you have sold insurance before you can expect lots of training and direction.

Salary Range: $57,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Requirements

** A Property & Casualty License is Preferred but not required to be considered for this role - WE WILL HELP YOU BECOME LICENSED! **

  • Humble and coachable attitude - open to constructive criticism and willingness, even excitement to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Honest; and possessing very high integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process
  • Ensure accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies in the agency's database
  • Uphold the agency's reputation in front of clients and expect great things from your coworkers behind the scenes.
