Position: Campus Impact Coordinator
As Campus Impact Coordinator, you will lead the charge in student engagement and campus outreach. From planning weekly events to empowering servant leaders, your role is central to creating high-energy, high-hospitality moments where students meet Jesus and find community.
You will lead our Campus Impact strategy, managing events like tabling, game nights, rec center nights, and larger outreach moments—making space for real connections and Gospel conversations. You’ll also oversee the Campus Impact Marketing Specialist and partner closely with other staff to strengthen our community and presence at NKU.
Special Note: This is an ongoing position with employment agreements renewed biannually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute weekly campus impact events (tabling, game nights, rec nights, etc.)
- Design and execute high attendance impact events (ie. Freshmen Block Party, Costume Party, Friendsgiving, etc.)
- Recruit and empower Culture Carriers to lead with hospitality and Gospel intentionality
- Coordinate setup/teardown teams and logistics to ensure excellence and alignment with Ignite’s core values
- Oversee the Campus Impact Marketing Specialist and help guide social media for campus impact
- Serve as the point leader for campus-based event strategy and servant leader mobilization
- Meet weekly with the Executive Director and attend all Ignite staff meetings
- Engage students relationally and disciple 1:1 through Ignite’s Growth Track
Details:
- Compensation: $1,400/month salary
- Hours: 25 hours/week (Part-Time Staff)
- Contract Dates: July 1 – December 31, 2025
- Supervisor: Executive Director of Ignite the Norse

Who We’re Looking For:
- A baptized follower of Jesus, living out their faith publicly and privately
- Spiritually mature and able to disciple students
- A servant-hearted leader who is smart, humble, hungry, faithful, available, and teachable ("Shh, FAT")
- Someone who thrives in team environments, but takes initiative and can lead independently
- Actively involved in the Ignite community and aligned with our mission
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in college ministry, outreach, and event planning
- Experience leading teams and/or volunteers
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable lifting event equipment and engaging in setup/teardown
- Preferred: background in ministry, student leadership, or social media coordination
