OTA Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

Month2Month is seeking an OTA Sales and Customer Experience Specialist who has entry-level Inside Sales, Customer Communication, and Analytic knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and embraces versatilities and a fast-paced working environment. This person must be able to multi-task, be adaptive to business needs, have very positive energy, be collaborative and be customer-centric.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize solution-oriented sales skills to maximize revenue for the company
  • Proactively manage and respond to inbound guest inquiries on OTA platforms within SLA, aiming to maximize booking conversion rate
  • Understand dynamic pricing strategies and promote appropriate upsells, cross-sells, or promotions
  • Coordinate special guest requests and communicate with internal teams to ensure fulfillment
  • Monitor and flag potential listing issues
  • Collaborate with teams to improve listing performance based on guest feedback and OTA analytics
  • Work closely with Ops and Product teams to ensure listed properties are accurately represented and guest-ready
  • Accommodate and document guest special requests
  • Must be a team player that takes initiative and work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment
  • MUST be available to work on weekends and/or holidays due to the nature of the industry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time; walk and stand; use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, printers, fax machines, or other office equipment; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone and/or radio; vision to read printed material and a computer screen; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
