
Front Office Assistant

* We are also hiring an Inventory & Project Assistant (this role but more involved in Jewelry!)

We're a small team in the world of fine jewelry — passionate about beautiful pieces, great service, and doing things right. We’re looking for a Front Office Assistant who’s just as excited to be part of a creative, high-tech, and fast-paced work environment as we are. This role is a little bit of everything — customer service, operations, eCommerce, photography — and a lot of potential.
💎 What You’ll Be Doing:
Think of this as the friendly face and organized heartbeat of our office. You’ll be greeting guests, helping customers, supporting our online shop, and learning all the behind-the-scenes magic of the jewelry business. It’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and a great way to build valuable, real-world skills. You can grow quickly if you're willing!
Daily Duties Include:
* Welcoming visitors and clients — with warmth, grace, and a smile
* Managing our appointment schedule and email/phone communications
* Handling shipping, filing, and data entry with care
* Assisting with payments and basic point-of-sale
* Working closely with the owner and other staff, in office and online
* Keeping our office running smoothly — tidy, stocked, and ready
* Taking product photos and learning how we list items online
* Pitching in wherever needed and learning as you go
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
* REALLY Comfortable with tech — we use Apple devices, Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools daily. We're heavily online.
* Eager to learn — you'll be exposed to customer service, eCommerce, inventory, photography, and more
* Friendly, dependable, and proactive — people trust us, and we trust each other
* A team player with a “how can I help?” attitude
* Organized and detail-oriented, even on busy days
* Able to take responsibility, work independently for long periods, and problem solve on your own
* Requirements: Fluent English, professional communication and presentation, background checks maybe required, ability to use computers for long periods, handle a DSLR camera, some physical activity (walking to do deliveries/pick-ups, shipping, etc).
* Some experience in customer service or administrative work preferred

Details:
* Full-Time | In-Person | Based on experience | Grows as your skillset grows!
* 40 hours/week, 9-6PM in Downtown Honolulu
