About the Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to support our legal operations and contract management initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a current law school student to gain hands-on experience in reviewing, organizing, and assessing legal agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. 

Key Responsibilities 

Review and summarize various contracts and legal agreements across the business. 

Develop and maintain a centralized, organized digital contract library. 

Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal teams to conduct a risk assessment of existing agreements. 

Identify and flag legal or business risks, inconsistencies, or missing provisions. 

Assist in developing templates and checklists for recurring legal documents. 

Support the legal team with ad hoc research or documentation tasks as needed. 

Qualifications 

Current law school student (1L, 2L, or 3L) in good academic standing. 

Basic understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and legal terminology. 

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 

Clear written and verbal communication skills. 

Demonstrated passion for contracts and legal risk assessment. 

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
