Now Hiring: Management Trainees (Multiple Roles Available)
We’re looking for driven individuals—particularly recent graduates or early-career professionals—ready to build a long-term future in e-commerce logistics. As a Management Trainee, you will receive immersive, hands-on training and gain a full-circle understanding of warehouse and fulfillment center operations.

Program Structure

Phase 1 (3+ months): Participate in a structured rotational program where you’ll be introduced to all facets of fulfillment operations—including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. During this phase, you’ll be expected to work full-time (40 hours/week or more) and will be compensated accordingly. Note: The salary listed applies post-training.

Phase 2: After training, you’ll transition into a specialized role based on performance, organizational needs, and your personal strengths and preferences.

Program Objective: Fast-track participants into supervisory positions within a short timeframe.
