Quick Facts:

- Internship Period: 4 months between July-October 2025 (dates are flexible).

-Location: NYC (Grand Central).

-Work policy: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at our midtown office.

-Hours: Full-Time (9:00am - 5:30pm EST).

-Compensation: $2,200/month for full-time.

-Mentorship: Daily progress check-ins with your manager to ensure growth and successful completion of the internship.

-Reports to: Accounts Manager

Hudson Creative is seeking a digital marketing intern to join our accounts team, as part of a 4-month training program designed to teach, mentor, and prepare outstanding interns for a full-time role and career path. This internship is intended for recent college graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with less than 1 year of digital marketing experience who are excited for practical training and development by our experienced team.

This role is a great opportunity for those with a strong passion for digital marketing, with a keen interest in gaining a 360-degree experience in our strategic expertise that yields business growth for marquee hospitality/restaurant brands.

What You’ll Do & Learn:

Account Management

  • Work with the Account Manager and Account Director to collaborate on marketing campaign execution, and ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with expected performance milestones.
  • Support throughout the client onboarding process.
  • Assist with creating meeting agendas and reports for client meetings.
  • Prepare for kickoff meetings for new clients and projects.
  • Liaise with external providers and freelance partners to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute where appropriate.

Performance Marketing

  • Gain a deep knowledge of building strategy, implementing, and managing successful paid ad campaigns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of organic search, local SEO.
  • Learn about creating email campaigns and automation.
  • Understand content development and implementation on websites.
  • Edit basic web content within a CMS.
  • Assist to monitor clients’ SEO results and projects to ensure continued high rankings.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion and performance improvement.
