📌What You'll Do📌 
✅ Work directly with George every week. You'll collaborate on high-level strategy, get mentorship and feedback, and help lead what we build next
✅ Write high-performing content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, coordinating with our graphic designer and engagement lead
✅ Help launch on TikTok and YouTube, planning strategy and creating scripts and content
✅ Grow the email newsletter and build systems to drive subscriber growth
✅ Pitch brand partnerships, speaking gigs, podcast appearances, and coaching and consulting projects
✅ Help create and sell digital products
✅ Research new ideas and strategies, analyze what's working, iterate quickly, and propose bold experiments to grow the brand and business further

✅ Are a strong, concise writer who knows how to create content that performs
✅ Can study and adapt to someone else's voice and style
✅ Bring curiosity, originality, and creativity to your work
✅ Understand what works on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube (bonus if you've worked with creators or personal brands before)
✅ Want to grow with something big, not just do a job

📌Compensation📌
✅ $5,000-$7,000 / month base salary
✅ Earn up to 2-3x your base by hitting profit-sharing targets. Example: Help generate $1M in revenue → earn approximately $250k
✅ Full-time, remote-friendly, flexible schedule (must have at least 3+ hours/day overlapping with the US Mountain Time workday)
