We make funner gear for amateur athletes. Our hats, towels, bags & apparel show up at 5Ks, marathons, gyms, and muddy trailheads around the country—and our community is growing fast. We're irreverent, inclusive, and obsessed with making running fun again.

What You’ll Do
Be the voice of Sprints in the comments, DMs, and digital wilds. You’ll build relationships, reply to fans, and make our community feel seen, celebrated, and slightly roasted (in the best way).

Manage day-to-day community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Reply to DMs, mentions, comments, and tagged stories with brand voice and wit

Flag UGC and content worth sharing

Identify rising fans, athletes, and creators who should be part of our story

Collaborate with our social and customer service teams to ensure top-tier experiences

Monitor social trends, memes, and feedback to keep our finger on the pulse

You’ll Thrive If You:

Have a sense of humor and know how to speak internet fluently

Love talking to people, turning questions into convos and customers into fans

Have experience with social platforms and basic community management.

Know what makes a brand’s comment section go viral—and want to build one of those
