 Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our growing financial services branch in Pompano Beach. This hybrid role is perfect for someone passionate about financial services, digital engagement, and client experience. You’ll be the frontline for incoming client inquiries, support our financial advisors, and play a key role in sales and marketing campaigns that attract high-net-worth and mass affluent clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Manage inbound phone lines and route client calls to appropriate financial advisors
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM
  • Qualify and schedule appointments for advisors based on client needs
  • Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing and referral programs

Marketing & Digital Strategy:

  • Coordinate with our internal digital marketing and social media teams to ensure campaigns align with branch goals
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics
  • Assist in content creation for newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Monitor and respond to digital inquiries across website and social channels

Administrative & CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate client interaction records in Redtail CRM
  • Support event coordination (webinars, workshops, lunch-and-learns)
  • Assist with marketing compliance documentation                                        
  • 1–3 years of inside sales, client services, or marketing experience (preferably in financial services)
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Redtail is a plus)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and inbound lead funnels
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
     

Preferred but Not Required:

  • FINRA Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 66) or Florida 2-15 insurance license
  • Experience in a broker-dealer or RIA environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portugese) a plus
