SimpliFi is a San Diego-based financial planning firm delivering personalized advice through smart systems and automation. We're focused on building strong client relationships, and we’re looking for an intern who wants hands-on exposure and growth.

Who This Role Is For:

Students starting fall classes (we’ll work around your schedule)

Recent graduates looking to build real-world skills
Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize client review reports

Schedule appointments and send confirmations

Update CRM records and track client interactions

Send follow-up messages via email or text

Assist with onboarding and document collection

Support internal projects using Microsoft 365 and Zapier

Attend team meetings and track action steps

Help document and streamline internal workflows

No cold calling — this is a support and operations-focused role

What You Bring:

Based in San Diego with reliable transportation

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and learning new tools

Strong communicator who takes initiative

Nice to Have:

Leadership roles (school, work, or community)

Great people skills and a positive, professional attitude

Desire to work hard, learn fast, and grow

Experience with Zapier, Excel, or CRM tools

Interest in financial planning or business operations
