Sr. Business Analyst
A leading cybersecurity services provider is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making, streamline operations, and drive high-impact initiatives across the business. Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
🔍 Analyze and optimize business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
🗣️ Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate needs into functional requirements
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Service Delivery
📑 Document use cases, process flows, and technical specifications
📈 Lead initiatives that support business scalability and improved user experiences
🧠 Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
🛠️ Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart to support analysis and collaboration
📬 Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively across teams
🌐 Work independently across multiple projects in a remote-first environment
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
🧩 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role
🛠️ Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
📊 Analytical thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems
💬 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
⚙️ Broad understanding of core business operations (e.g. Finance, Order Management, Service Delivery)
📌 Experience mentoring junior team members
🧰 Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and visualization tools like Lucidchart
🧳 Willingness to travel up to 10% for team meetings or site visits
