Laboratory Applications Role – Somerset, NJ (Onsite, Contract-to-Hire)
Support product testing and development by preparing and evaluating consumer product formulations in a lab setting. Responsibilities include blending materials to project specifications, running performance and stability tests, documenting outcomes, and coordinating with technical and commercial teams. The role emphasizes precision, record-keeping, and teamwork.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent lab experience)

1–2 years of hands-on lab experience, ideally in personal care, home care, or fragrance-related industries
