
Executive Operations Assistant
Location: Angola, IN (Hybrid)

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Operations Assistant to support our executive leadership and company operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless daily operations and enabling executives to focus on high-impact activities. Excel proficiency, data analytics, operations, and business experience or education is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
Attend and take notes at weekly meetings.
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Operations Coordination:
Assist with project management, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and offsites.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Implement best practices for workflow and communication.
Special Projects:
Take ownership of ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Conduct research and prepare materials for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with CRM Systems.
Prior experience supporting C-level executives.
