Social Media Content Creator
TenThirtyFive is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides confidence building resources to ask- risk youth and women through mentorship and fashion. Through 3 pillars, Wearing Hope( where recipients shop free in our upscale thrift stores), Sharing Hope( mentorship program connecting women in the community with recipients looking to explore options in a particular career field) and Spreading Hope( mobile boutique bringing essential clothing to students when transportation is a barrier.)
We are growing and are searching for the right candidate to aid in our social media content creation. The following best describes the job description.
- Create and publish high-quality content (videos, photos, graphics, stories, captions) for platforms Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and follow a content calendar based on company goals, seasonal trends, and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotions, product launches, and brand voice
- Monitor social media trends and competitor content to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner (as needed)
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) and suggest ways to improve.
- Work with TenThirtyFive to create a marketing strategy for long term growth.
