Location: On-site | Downtown Cle Elum Office + Local Communities Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 8am–5pm + After-Hours Events as needed
About the Role:
Trailside Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales, Marketing & Office Coordinator to support day-to-day sales and marketing functions, while also managing the smooth operation of our Cle Elum office. This dynamic role reports directly to the Sales Director and Marketing Director, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
You’ll play a key role in supporting new home sales, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support
· Assist with open office, open houses, home tours, and buyer appointments
· Manage CRM data and client follow-ups (Salesforce experience preferred)
· Prepare listing materials and marketing assets for new homes
· Help guide clients through lead-to-close process
Marketing Coordination
· Support digital and print marketing initiatives
· Coordinate social media, events, and photo/video shoots
· Maintain website updates and listing accuracy
· Track marketing KPIs and compile reports
Office Management
· Manage daily office operations including ordering supplies and coordinating vendor services
· Serve as front-of-house contact for walk-ins, client meetings, and deliveries
· Ensure the office and model homes meet company presentation standards at all times
· Support scheduling, team meeting prep, and general administrative tasks
· Help maintain cleanliness, signage, refreshments, and printed materials across offices and sales centers
Customer Engagement
· Provide friendly and professional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
· Greet and direct prospective buyers and vendors
· Represent the Trailside brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in all interactions
Customer Experience
· Serve as a welcoming presence in the office and at community events
· Ensure model homes and office spaces meet brand standards
· Help respond to inquiries and direct leads to the appropriate team member
What You Bring:
· A friendly, resourceful, and self-motivated attitude
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things running smoothly
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
· Tech-savvy with social media and digital tools (Canva, WordPress, Adobe Suite a plus)
· Real estate, hospitality, or new home experience preferred
· Reliable transportation (AWD vehicle preferred)
· Confident in inclement weather situations
Preferred:
· Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or hospitality
· Real estate license or 4-year degree
· Social media, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite experience
