Job Description
Our Summer Law Clerkship / Legal Internship Program is an immersive experience designed for highly motivated law students interested in personal injury law and litigation. Interns will gain real-world legal experience by working closely with our litigation attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with legal research, drafting memos, and reviewing case files
- Supporting the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Helping attorneys prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial
- Organizing and analyzing medical records, police reports, and client documentation
- Participating in client meetings and strategy sessions
- Learning the ins and outs of Litify case management software
- Supporting case progress through administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications
- Current law student (1L or 2L preferred) in good academic standing
- Passion for personal injury law and serving the community
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in-office
