Customer Service Representative

Mastercool Inc. — a global leader in air conditioning service tools and equipment — is looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service individual to join our team at our Randolph, New Jersey headquarters.

What You’ll Do:

Enter orders accurately, answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner

Gather customer information, and update orders as requested

Resolve customer complaints via phone or email

Manage the preparation, organization, and filing of documents 

Inform customer of item availability and pricing 

Prepare customs documents for shipping

 

What We’re Looking For:

Proven ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently over the phone

Quick thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments

Able to multitask on multiple projects 

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to satisfaction

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

High school degree or equivalent 

Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field 

Basic computer skills, 

Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite a plus
