Client Success Specialist

The successful candidate will play an important role in the customer experience and foster outstanding relationships with clients. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals and helping them succeed 

Deliver outstanding support through phone, email, and live chat to ensure a seamless customer experience 

Serve as a key connection between the Client Success Team and other departments to resolve issues and drive satisfaction 

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, updates, and activities in the CRM system 

 

What You’ll Bring 
 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

Effective time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving 

A self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed expectations 

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
