We are seeking a dedicated FULL TIME Dental  Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the oral surgeon during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care in an oral surgery clinic setting.

THIS JOB IS A FULL TIME POSITION MONDAY - FRIDAY 

Duties:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental work by taking their vital signs and reviewing their medical history
- Perform four-handed dentistry efficiently
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical documentation
- Provide support to the dental receptionist when needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management systems
- Help educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
- Previous experience working in a dental clinic preferred
- Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and X-rays
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
