Museum Collections Inventory Assistant

Museum Collections Inventory Assistant: The Shiloh Museum of Ozark History is seeking an intern (paid) for the fall 2025 semester. We are inventorying our Native American artifacts and collections. Potential candidates do not have to be history majors and do not have to be graduating seniors! They do need the following skills:

• Detail oriented
• Respectful of multiple cultures
• Willing to follow museum-specific practices 
• Comfort in working in spreadsheets
• Willing to learn legalities regarding Native American cultural resources

The majority of the time spent in this role will be in a large basement storage facility with a knowledgeable supervisor nearby, but much of the work will be independent of other staff.
