🗓️ Schedule: Up to 10 hours per shift, 6 days a week

At ADAMA, we don’t just manufacture products — we grow leaders. We’re looking for a Night Shift Production Team Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, and knows how to motivate a team when the rest of the world is asleep.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone for safety, quality, and teamwork.

💪 What You’ll Do

Lead the floor — support and direct 2–4 production operators across multiple lines

Set up for success — prep equipment and materials to kick off each shift strong

Stay sharp — troubleshoot equipment and keep production running smoothly

Own your shift — track performance, complete shift reports, and communicate clearly

Keep safety first — operate forklifts, wear protective gear, and follow all safety protocols

Work closely with plant supervisors and help create a positive, productive night shift vibe

✅ What You Need

High school diploma or GED, higher learning a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on work

Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Able to work in heat, cold, and strong-smelling environments

Can wear a respirator or PAPR (we’ll provide training)
