$21.20/hr 

What You’ll Do:
▪️Provide in-home support using a solution-focused model
▪️Teach parenting and behavioral skills
▪️ Guide families through crises
▪️ Help families access community resources
▪️ Maintain flexible hours and respond to families 24/7 as needed
▪️Complete timely documentation and reports

Requirements:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or relevant experience/degree per state requirements)
▪️At least 1 year of experience working with children and families
▪️Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
▪️Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
