Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Early Childhood Program

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring additional licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) on licensure track. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of therapists providing outpatient mental health services in our Pine City and Cambridge offices (employment placement will be made relative to staff member’s home location as possible).

We are seeking candidates with specialty training and experience working with children ages 0-5 to conduct DC 0-5 Assessments and provide mental health services with young children and their families. 

Desired qualities include individuals on professional licensure track or licensed in MN, with positive interpersonal relationship skills, works well with other professionals, knowledge base and effective therapeutic readiness to provide individual diagnostic assessment and therapy. CTSS experience preferred but not required, computer and organizational skills needed.   We have excellent professional supervision available to support those on licensure track!

Positions may be part time or full time, day and or evening hours available, offices are comfortable professional spaces, compensation and benefits are competitive, and agency is supportive. Position Requirements:

  • Mental Health Professional: A Licensed Professional with a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling or related field.
  • Clinical Trainee: Master's degree and on licensure track.
