Location: Brooklyn, hybrid remote schedule available

Little Flower seeks a dynamic Digital Communications and Development Coordinator to drive measurable impact through strategic digital storytelling and innovative engagement campaigns. This role supports both the Development and Communications teams in the creation of content designed to drive fundraising success, increase community awareness, and boost the organization’s recruiting and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Content Creation
- Execute comprehensive digital media strategies achieving measurable communications, fundraising, and advocacy objectives
- Develop editorial strategies, content libraries, and publishing calendars across all social channels
- Create compelling, story-driven content using professional video/photo equipment and editing software
- Design visual and digital collateral for website, social media, and internal communications
Platform Management & Fundraising
- Manage and strategically grow organizational presence across all social media platforms
- Support multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns with proven ROI
- Develop targeted communications that drive engagement and donations
- Collaborate on digital advocacy campaigns with coalition partners
Analytics & Performance
- Establish KPIs and strategic goals in partnership with Communications Manager
- Generate comprehensive reports on digital performance and optimize campaigns based on insights
Required Qualifications
Experience & Results
- 3-5 years in digital communications and project management
- Demonstrated success using digital strategies to achieve measurable audience growth, engagement, and fundraising results
- Proven track record managing social media accounts with documented growth metrics
- Experience creating high-performing content that increased organizational visibility
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and social media analytics
- Experience with professional video/photo equipment and editing software
- Knowledge of social media management platforms and email marketing systems
- Proficiency with analytics tools and CRM systems
- Some knowledge of HTML and web design
Core Competencies
Excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of culturally responsive engagement and sensitivity, ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, flexibility to work evenings and weekend events when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years nonprofit experience
- Experience with fundraising platforms and donor management systems
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint)

Travel Requirements
Local travel is occasionally required to Wading River campus and other Long Island and NYC locations for content creation and program documentation.
