About This Role
We're seeking a curious, organized, and naturally inquisitive early-career professional to join our team as a Program Manager. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in curriculum design while providing administrative support to our co-founder.
You'll spend the majority of your time working directly with Daliana Morassutti on curriculum design projects, learning to understand client needs, design training programs, and support our core business objectives. Additionally, you'll dedicate approximately 12 hours per week to calendar and project management for our co-founder.
What You'll Do
Primary Role: Program Manager - curriculum design (70% of time)
- Shadow Daliana during client conversations and interviews to learn our curriculum design process
- Take detailed, organized notes during customer meetings and calls
- Learn to understand and articulate our class offerings and "tailoring" objectives
- Help build outlines and frameworks for new training programs
- Conduct interviews with clients to understand their specific needs
- Ask the important questions others might shy away from
- Graduate through our internal training levels, starting with Level 1
Secondary Role: Executive Assistant to Co-founder (30% of time)
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings efficiently
- Maintain organized to-do lists and follow-up systems
- Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure smooth operations
- Handle administrative tasks that support productivity
