People and Culture Technician

This position functions as a Departmental Technician in the People & Culture Division within the Operational Excellence Bureau. Support Talent Planning & Employee Development initiatives in alignment with division and bureau needs. Provide support in conducting research, executing strategies, and engaging in ongoing employee engagement opportunities within Treasury. Position will also assist in support of Treasury’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s). Assist with the execution of Treasury’s Language Access Plan and Digital Accessibility implementation, monitoring, and correction as necessary.

Education

Education typically acquired through completion of high school

Experience

One year of experience performing administrative support activities equivalent to the 7-level in state service.
