Are you passionate about helping others thrive? The Peer Financial Coach Internship offers Malone University students a unique opportunity to walk alongside fellow students in their financial journey while developing leadership, coaching, and communication skills rooted in service. This internship is open to students of all majors who are interested in mentoring others, learning more about financial wellness, and serving the campus community.
As a Peer Financial Coach, you will:
• Provide confidential peer coaching in areas like budgeting and debt awareness
• Support fellow students as they build healthy money habits
• Help promote financial wellness on campus through events, flyers, and social media
• Collaborate with Everence and Malone staff at on-campus workshops or events
• Participate in training and reflection, strengthening your skills in service and communication
This role is open to Malone students who:
• Are thoughtful, caring, and enjoy supporting others one-on-one
• Communicate clearly and listen well
• Are exploring vocations in coaching, ministry, counseling, education, business, or service
• Have experience in mentorship, tutoring, student leadership, or other people-centered roles

Location: Primarily on Malone’s campus, with potential off-campus engagement
