Warehouse Planner

Job Description:

负责仓内生产资源的组织与调度，执行作业波次及汇单管理Organize and allocate warehouse production resources; manage task waves and order consolidation to support efficient execution.

制定完善的盘点流程及异常复核机制，保障库存准确性Establish and optimize inventory counting processes and exception verification mechanisms to ensure accurate stock records and clear accountability.

合理安排人力与作业时段，统筹多库区人力调配，提升运营效率Plan and schedule labor shifts, coordinate staffing across multiple warehouse zones to ensure timely receiving, put-away, inventory, and outbound processes.

与其他部门密切配合，处理商品收货、存储及发货等各类异常问题Collaborate with other departments to handle inbound, storage, and outbound exceptions, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.

Job requirements:

1年左右仓储管理经验（含实习），熟悉现代仓储/物流管理流程，团队协作经验

Prefer 1 years of experience in warehouse management（including internship）, with strong knowledge of modern warehousing/logistics processes and proven team cooperation experience.

具备良好的沟通表达、人际协调与执行能力，逻辑清晰、问题解决能力强Excellent communication, interpersonal, and execution skills, strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

具备相关培训能力，熟练操作仓储设施设备及办公软件（如WMS、Excel等）Skilled in professional training, warehouse tools, and software operations (e.g., WMS, Excel).
